Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface—especially the emotions and needs that can be harder to access or put into words. As we understand these patterns, new ways of responding and connecting can begin to take shape.

Whether you’re coming on your own or as a couple, the goal isn’t to assign blame or “fix” anyone. It’s to help you feel more understood, more connected, and more confident in how you move forward.
